This is a very easy pie to make and again it will not cost you a lot of money.

First peel your potatoes and cut into small pieces so they cook quicker. At this point you cut up a medium onion and drop that in and fill the pan with water with salt to taste. After about 35 minutes or until the potatoes are soft you drain them off ready to mash, adjust to taste with a little salt and black pepper. The next step is to open your can of cornedbeef and cut into small pieces and mash together. When everything is looking good add 2 spoonful’s of Dijon mustard and mix, again adjust to taste if you need to. Next get your pastry out relay made of course from the super market. Fill your pie dish with your mix then cover with your puff pastry. As a tip around the top edge of your dish put in a ring of your pastry that will give your pie topping something to hold onto. The last step brush your pastry with an egg wash just by doing this it will give your pie a nice golden glow. Then place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and stand back. After 30 minutes check on it, if it’s a lovely golden brown it should be ready to enjoy. There are several ways you can eat this but kid’s normally like it with B.B.Q. beans.
